Every time I visit this McDonald’s inside Gravesend Asda, they refuse to let customers use the app properly to get the deals. Instead of scanning the deals like other locations, they force you to leave the counter, go outside, open the app, generate a code, and then come back in — which is ridiculous and extremely inconvenient. It feels like they’re intentionally making it harder to use promotions that McDonald’s itself is advertising. Honestly, it comes across as a scam to discourage customers from saving money.
