Unhelpful when I tried to use a valid voucher. Couldn’t use it, then they got my order wrong too.

The food was stone cold on arrival. I ordered at 9:08, and it was delivered at 9:53, and on arrival the food was stone cold to the touch. As a previous employee, it’s easy to tell that this was food that hadn’t been served and was waiting under the heat lamps, which is against the company policy for delivery orders (which is to make the food only when the order has been accepted by a driver) and when I tried to convey this to the representatives on the app, they were rude, copy and pasting responses, and cutting it off early... read more
