I have ordered from this McDonald's to my boyfriend's house many times, and sometimes I have ordered a wrap. One has NEVER been delivered. Four times this has happened. Completely unacceptable service, followed each time by a refusal from Uber to redeliver and a measly refund that doesn't even cover the service charge. Avoid this location as much as possible.
People are quick enough to moan, myself included. So I've got to give credit where it's due. Went the drive through this morning for breakfast, all staff were really pleasant,polite and professional. Served quickly and the food order was correct, even though I'd customised every order.
Order delivery was wrong spoke to the restaurant a lady called Lisa asked me to Go to the restaurant and redo the missing part of the order was greeted by Lisa got the meal done for me even the it was busy just a smile and a sorry was enough please could you pass on my thanks to Lisa
