I’m a frequent customer but the service has been getting worse each time. There is little attention to orders or customers anymore. Today, I received a cheeseburger inside a hamburger wrapper, which shows the staff aren’t checking what they’re handing out. Despite it being a quiet afternoon, I waited around 20 minutes. The staff, especially Puja, was chatting with colleagues in between packing each item of my order. Bad service, terrible food, dirty place
McDonald's at 56/58 Powis Street. Honestly if someone is working there and hates their job - just quit and get another. No need to mess up peoples orders on purpose (at least it looks like it). I accidently ordered from this branch through uber eats - 2x 1/4 burger large meal with extra pickles and onion. Nothing complicated. I wouldn't mind if they just didnt put extra in - even though it says on the burger wraper "XTRAS", it's friday, I get it.
