Ordered food for the family, they accepted the order and then nothing else happened after that, food never came. Stupidity of this place made everyone go hungry
Dim, dismal, dirty, depressing and slow. EDIT: My wife and kids just waited over 30 minutes for food, which really defeats the whole point of 'fast food' doesn't it? The whole atmosphere in the place is just awful each time you go in, the receipt printers never work, and it's just a terrible example of a franchise that's being run into the ground. Compared to the McDonald's on St. Oswald's Retail Park it's like night and day. I now avoid this branch at all costs, and you should too.
