The food took ages to arrive and was cold plus NO SAUCES
Update: Order turned up at 23:47, by which time I had given up waiting - as anyone would after nearly 6hrs - and I was asleep in bed! Ring proves I didn't answer my door but, conveniently, Just Eat say it was delivered and, apparently, I gave the code! I didn't even get out of bed or speak on the ring doorbell so I've no idea how that happened. But then it was the same 2 digits as a previous order. Just Eat will not refund my money either! The staff at the Southend based Eastern Avenue restaurant appear incapable of adding the dips, which form part of certain meals, to the bags for delivery. This has happened more times than I can recall. Please speak to your staff there and explain to them that dips and seasoning when advertised as part of the meal are not optional, they are mandatory.
