Went to get food waited 25 muinets to get srounf the drive through at midnight with 4 cars and then at the till gave me a burger with a bun when i asked three times at the speaker for one without so we gave it back and thus wasnt the problem she then refused to belive us tgen when she finally took it back we then watched her in the reflection take the buns of the same burger then give it back to us in the same box i have a gluten allergy so we asked her if she gad give a different burger or just changed the bun she then lied... read more
There is something seriously wrong with the delivery aspect here and management seriously need to take note and oversee staff training. No matter which platform you deliver on whether it is Just eat, the McDonald’s app or Uber eats it’s the staff in the restaurant that pack the bags. It seems to be fairly consistent that you get delivery with items missing from the order and we all know how frustrating that can be, especially when there’s kids who end up with no dinner. Someone having a laugh, ordera quarter pounder with cheese and all i got was the meat. No bun no cheese nothing else. SHOCKING
