Used to order here quite a bit, but recently ordered from the app, the meal arrived without two wraps. I tried refunding on the mc delivery app but it would not allow me to upload a receipt. The app said to phone the resturant but after six attempts they would not answer the phone. I attempted with the curiour who stated he would try to cancel the order. But it seems to still be pending.
Literally nearly everytime I order from this place on just eat I’m missing items from my order.!!!! Or they get the order wrong.!!! I’m so fed up of having to request refunds from just eat.!! I only made a small order this time round and I was missing items… I don’t understand how you can get such a small order wrong.? If you go into the restaurant to eat aswel it’s soooo slow, I don’t know what’s going on with this place but it needs sorting out.!
