Great morning staff
Would rate a zero if it was an option. Absolutely appalling service at this branch today. My order was wrong when I first collected it, so I returned within 20 minutes to have it corrected. Not only did the manager refuse to replace the full meal, but she managed to get it wrong three more times while I stood there waiting. Instead of taking ownership and fixing the mistake quickly, she created an unnecessary scene, wasting my time and the time of everyone else in the queue.
