Where to start, Stale and cold food. Apple pie was cold, chips were stale and cold. Burgers sloppily made. Fillet of fish not fresh. Service slow. Wasnt busy but waited 25 mins for a takeaway instore. Noted they seem to prioritise drive throughs and Uber/Just eat over and above visiting customers. Appalling for a McDonalds. Absolutely rubbish went through the drive through order 2 but arch, 2fries and 2 wides of halloumi. Got 2 burgers,1 fries and 1 halloumi
When you complain about the state of the dirty containers handed out and politely ask for them to be changed, don't expect anyone to help apart from being stroppy and childish and the management do nothing about it apart from trying to say when food is handed back in a worse state this is how an item comes, even when the person next to you gets the correct food. Yes, they are as bad and worse than the poor reviews.
Nice fast service. Got a nice card from the mcd happy meal.
