Came here to order a quick meal on a long travel to see my mother on mothers day. Ordered at 2.25pm (big mac meal, a bottle of water and a large oasis) ended up waiting 45 minutes before we gave up and questioned staff on where our meal was. Only to be told they didnt see it. Waited an additional 20 minutes for said items. There was a dribble of sauce on my burger and the chips were stone cold and tasted a few hours old. No Philly cheese stacks, you would think as a limited addition item they would have back stock, rude service staff not wearing hair coverings and witnessed cross contamination!!!!!

Just paid for the NEW Donut Crumble Latte at the drive through...thought they would have improved after being closed for weeks due to refurbishment. NO! Arrived home to find I was given half a cup of plain latte Not impressed!
