Absolutely shocking service, cold food, got the wrong order how hard is it to read a receipt.
Had a really great experience at McDonald’s recently, thanks to a standout team member named Niamh. Even though the restaurant was clearly understaffed and extremely busy, Niamh handled everything with professionalism, patience, and a smile. She was polite, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure my order was correct and that I was looked after. You could tell she genuinely cared about the customers, which made all the difference. McDonald’s is lucky to have someone like her on staff.
Foods ok. Can't get an order correct, though. Paid for large fries and was given medium.
Slowest McDonald’s ive had in a long time. Order cleared from screen about 7-8 minutes before receiving no apology for delay. Team gossiping etc no warmth
