Really frustrating experience. Every time I go around 2–3 AM, there’s always an excuse. Last time staff said the POS would take 30–35 minutes, other times it’s something else. It’s clearly not a one-off. People drive all the way there expecting a 24-hour service and end up turned away. If you can’t serve at those hours, don’t advertise as 24/7.
People moan about McDonald’s I know but it’s getting pricey and we expect a bit more now. No McDonald’s has been the same since taking deliveries, always being told to park up etc and the food is cold or rubbish. Really disappointing
Cold again £22 waste of money probably one of the worst for cold food my local store so ive been many times. You get rushed at the drive through window to get cold food 🤦♂️ [ when not busy ] better to go elsewhere on middlebrook
