the parking waiting on food is a disgrace.told to park in bay none left had to park in disabled took 20 mins for food.
Go here quite often for coffee, ice cream not so much the food. Tonight 14/08/2025 firstly waited in my friends car around 10 mins, we were stuck behind cars that were heading to drive through, no access to go in as there was a line of cars. On entering ( 2 security men ) who needed Duracell batteries standing at the main entrance. Honestly the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had never had issues with any other McDonald’s but every time I’ve came to this one the night staff member taking orders simply couldn’t follow simple instructions and consistently makes regular mistakes the my friend who works for a McDonalds states they haven’t experienced while working.I also ordered a Coke Zero they have proceeded to not tell us after paying they couldn’t give us that and when we accepted this and got a sprite they served sparkling water
Someone needs to keep on top of cleaning at this place. Apart from that it's what you expect from a McDonald's
