Nice little mcd outlet. The staff were very nice
What a joke order food and my food doesn't turn up. Ask where my food is and get told they haven't received my order and won't give me my food. Take my money and no food. The manager then writes my details on a napkin to keep for when I come back with my bank statement to prove the sale went through. Refused to give me any food. Such a poor restaurant. When I order off just eat from here 9 times out of 10 food is always missing.
Genuinely awful Really really poor even for a McDonalds - you don’t expect 5* service but this one is particularly bad. We went through the drive through and ordered a burger and a veggie meal. Drinks were given to us at the window and we were told to park up and the food would be taken to us. We waited 25 minutes for two chips and two mains before anyone came out. Asked at the drive through for bbq sauce with the order - none in the bag. Sauce shows on receipt so not sure why they didn’t put it in. Food was almost cold and ... read more
