Shocking service and couldn't get a seat for our child or disabled parent, two of us ended up eating in the car because we were so annoyed at how rude the servers and management were. 1 star is far too high.
Food is either missing or not made to order which is frustrating, especially when you have allergies. Staff handle mops and then food without washing their hands. It seems all the good staff have stopped working here (I wonder why). Chips are subpar and most of the time are cold and soggy. Only good staff member with a smile on their face working here is the little blonde woman who cleans the place. Car park and drive thru is poorly designed.
Wrap order always wrong I always take out the bbq sauce and tomato as I don’t like them and the labels print out only mayo and lettuce so I never get bacon I of course tell them at the drive thru I’ve only removed bbq sauce and tomato and every time they make it out like it’s my fault even after having spoke to a manager last time and they said it’s the systems fault due to the way the label is printed maybe sort the labels out or inform the staff then I’m autistic and every time I want a wrap it’s a hassle they told me to a... read more
