Burger was good,fries where hard and over cooked or double cooked
We ordered takeout but the food is stale, the fries and nuggets are old; they taste like cardboard. Not happy at all, our happy meal is a sad meal now. This is appalling especially since the delivery itself should not take long due to the close distance, so this is no fault of the delivery driver. We encourage you to do better regarding the service and food you give out to customers.
Honestly one of the worst McDonald I've ever been to, over ten years it's not had an ounce of improvement... No one is as consistent in messing up your day than these lot at handsworth... Make my blood boil every time... You order 45 pounds worth of food for them to get 80% of it wrong, it's absolutely pathetic that there are people this dumb
