Went to this mcdoanlds on Saturday morning in the drive thru. Guy taking my order didn’t know what he was doing, I ordered a double sausage and egg muffin with extra egg and he completely messed my order up so i received just a plain muffin! Jess was quick to fix it, she was the most vibrant staff member I could see at the drive thru all other staff stood around talking so it was clear she was doing things by herself. Food served was cold. Latte ordered was warm, but not a latte. At 6am thought restaurant would be clean, unfortunately it was a mess. Will avoid in future.
