This is by far my favourite McDonald’s branch. Every time I enter those doors I am met with professionalism and great service. On this occasion, had an issue with food but it was quickly resolved by a manager named Micah who solved my issue without hassle. Charlotte served me at the counter and was very welcoming and friendly.
Had to nip down to the restaurant because my order was delivered with missing items. In return I got an apology, great customer service and nearly my entire order handed to me which was hot and fresh. It was more than I thought I'd get as an apology. The kids were very happy!!! Thank you Emma! Above and beyond!
I took the kids during the Easter holidays, they were keen on the Minecraft meals, food was good, fresh, served in good time, when I had a few questions I was helped out by Sandy, she was very dedicated to giving us a five star service, the place was immaculate, thank you very much Sandy for all your help this evening.
Friendly staff and food came out piping out. Will go again if in the area
