As with other McDonald's, their attempt to increase throughput via poor processes and automated systems has only decreased efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction. Drive thru order. 2 wraps, s flat bread and a bacon roll. 15 minutes from order to food being bright to car. Wrong order. And why... WHY... do I have to ask for serviettes every single time? It's a drive thru. Takeaway. Provide serviettes as an automatic. McDonald's is getting worse. Every franchise has the same issues.
