Useless. Ordered online large big mac meal medium quarter pounder meal, turned up with no chips for either meal and a missing top bun on the big mac.
The attitude of the staff is disgusting. Burgers and food literally thrown together like a 2 year old mashed it up. Order completely wrong. Twice now we’ve ordered and staff have forgotten straws, dips and other items! Do people not get trained how to make an order correctly and check it before it’s sent away?
Just ordered and they forgot part of the order AND I found literal plastic packaging scraps in my wrap. Absolutely vile. Will be reporting
It doesn’t matter if you order via delivery app or in store they will always forget items and the wait is RIDICULOUS considering it’s not busy Can’t see this store staying with such terrible reviews, the management should be stepping in and doing their jobs and checking employees are actually completing orders
