Avoid this place – the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I waited 20 minutes for a simple order. Had I known it would take this long, I wouldn’t have gone there – especially since I was on my work break. You’re better off grabbing a meal deal at Sainsbury’s or trying food from the street vendors that set up near the shopping center.
We have visited this brand new store on several occasions, each and every time we have had to wait a minimum of 30mins for our food. This includes 9.30am on Tuesday morning. There are 30min parking bays outside but don’t use these or you will get a parking ticket before your food is served. I will keep this simple. Every time we have been in the last few months it has been very very slow. Sort it out McDonalds, this is embarrassing.
Ordered wrap of the day and cheese bites with sauces on the app, got home, no wrap, no sauces. How hard is it to read the order and put it in the bag when I drove down to pick it up and the app has no recourse to remedy this. It's not rocket science chaps. Thanks for taking my money and not giving the food I ordered. Edit - Drove back down. When I was finally served the chap quickly sorted the wrap and gave additional fries to say sorry - better ending. Well done for that part
