If I could give 0 stars that would be too many. Only 3 staff member at 11.30am today. Food was cold, dry, took 25 minutes from ordering to getting meal. A new store probably the worst one I've ever had the misfortune to visit. Made a complaint and told sorry no management to deal with me.
Long wait for your order and when it does come it's stone cold. Staff look like robots, no facial expressions, no smile and no apology for the long wait. 15 minutes for 2 burgers and chips. Atmosphere is cold and unwelcoming. Seems like this place can't cope with orders and watching your order number is a joke as one's placed after yours are prepared sooner.
