I am selling my home and the buyers requested a clean and service of the furnace and AC unit. I called a number of places and no one could get me in. As I was on a time crunch to close on my home, MaryAnne at the front desk worked with me to get me squeezed in. When Eli, the tech, showed up at the house, he was polite, thorough, and clean. He took extra time to clean the units and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the service they provided today. Thanks!

Due to some HVAC issues we experienced we had Eli N. come out and troubleshoot and fix the associated problems. He got his work done without a problem and communicated perfectly what he did and what the next steps were. No problems with his work and would highly recommend him for anything else we would need.
McDonald"s Plumbing newer service person Eli N******** installed a new water heater in my home. He was polite, well spoken, did his work efficiently, explained everything, answered all of my questions, and did a good job on cleanup after installation. Couldn't be happier with his work and attitude.

My furnace wouldn't start late last Saturday and very few HVAC companies were open. I called McDonald and was able to have it repaired and operating that evening. I had been contemplating replacing me current system and this sealed the deal. First I had decided on Carrier and they were a Carrier Dealer. Secondly Bob P. was efficient and knowledgeable. I hired this company to do a furnace tune up. They told me it would take about an hour and they would email me a receipt and feedback. The tech sat in my neighbors driveway for over an hour. I left for work during this time. He ended up coming in my house and talking on the phone for about 15-20 minutes, told my daughter we should get a new thermostat, and left. I never got an email. I called 3 days later because my furnace does not stop running. They said they will get back to me and still have not called or emailed.
McDonald Plumbing & HVAC was referred to us, and specifically their rep, Aaron B****. Aaron responded quickly, assessed what our home needed, and proceeded to get the job accomplished in very good time. Aaron was very courteous and knowledgeable. We were happy with how he helped us and will not hesitate to recommend Aaron to anyone needing his service and McDonald Plumbing & HVAC. Thank you!
