I had a new Carrier Infinity Heat Pump, Infinity Electric Heater and Fan Coil installed along with upgrading some duct work to meet the volume specs needed. The McDonald team made it nothing but a good experience for us. Every employee that we dealt with was very knowledgable, professional, and personable. Looking forward to seeing lower electric bills with our new system.

I had a very good experience with McDonald Plumbing. I had a slow sink drain that turned into a stopped drain. Travis arriced and got right to work. He started to clear the drain but was not working well and he suggested replacing the old metal pipe with plastic. He gave me a very reasonable rate, and he completed the job very quickly. He cleaned up everything. Work was professional and neat and the price was reasonable. Very good experience. ** * ******

On 8-27-16 (an extremely hot Saturday) I called McDonald Plumbing & Heating, after another company was unsuccessful in correcting a problem with my air conditioning unit. Within 15 minutes of his arrival, Brad had taken care of the difficulty. This was my first contact with McDonald's and it left a very favorable impression.

I had another great experience with Mcdonald Plumbing. Noticed over the weekend a leak in master bath ceiling. Brenda called me Monday morning sharp at 8am and took my call courteously and efficiently. Travis came out later that morning and diagnosed the problem. Thanks again for your great service!

Travis was scheduled to come fix our overflowing toilet in our new house. He came a day earlier than expected (nice!) and did an excellent job - so much so that we had him come back the next week and install a garbage disposal. We are so happy to have found a great plumber in our area as we are new to ******, PA. Thank you McDonald Plumbing and Travis! You have a customer for life!
