We called Armstrong Comfort Solutions on a Saturday night with a plumbing emergency. Travis received the call and immediately called us to ensure he understood the issue and provide an approximate arrival time. He arrived as expected, resolved the issue quickly and professionally. It was potentially a messy problem but Travis worked to reduce the mess -- very much appreciated at 11 pm! We were so very impressed. The cost was fair given the late weekend hour and the time to resolve. We would use Armstrong again!

I have the Peace of Mind Club for annual maintenance of my furnace and AC. Calling for scheduling is always a professional, accommodating and pleasant experience. The technicians have also been respectful and knowledgeable. All of these qualities are very important to me and I really appreciate them.

Travis came to our house after another plumber told us we needed to replace the sewer line (without verifying this with a camera). We were able to get an appointment for the next day. Travis was so helpful and took the time to find our true issue (a buried pipe/vent that was improperly treated and placed). He worked quickly and carefully, and saved us quite a bit of money by being honest. We will definitely use this company again and ask for him!

We could not have been more pleased with the service we received. Calling early in the morning concerning a hot water heater issue, a service person arrived later in the morning, checked to see it needed replaced, called in for a new one so by around 1:00 we were back in business with a new hot water heater, Travis could not have been more accommodating or efficient, also very pleasant, From the moment we spoke to the person on the phone until the instalation, our whole experience was perfect!!! I called Armstrong comfort solutions on a Saturday morning after waking up to a 61 Degree home. From the initial staff member that answered my call to the HVAC professional Eli N. who responded everything was handled with professionalism. Eli was extremely knowledgeable and had diagnosed repaired and cleaned up the furnace issue within 45min.
