Your tech his name was Bruce, was super! I took him to the furnace room and when we opened the door there was water on the floor. He checked things out and told me what was leaking. He then put in a call to you and set up the repair for tomorrow. He then proceeded to check the furnace and replace the filter and another part. If all your techs are like Bruce, you will always have my business. Thank you!
This past weekend we moved into a new home and had a MAJOR CATASTROPHE with the plumbing. Of course, it was in the middle of the night, on a weekend. I called over 25 places that claimed to be “24/7” emergency services and not a single one answered or returned my call. Then, I called Armstrong Comfort Solutions! We are members of the Peace of Mind Club, and they serviced our air conditioner last month , and it works better than ever. They had to come to service the new hot water heater recently installed (simple fix) and another tech came the same day to replace a bad wire on our air conditioner. It is peace of mind that you can call 24/7 and there is someone to take your call, and they fix what is broken. We love them!!
