Technician called and provided an arrival time for my service appointment. He was prompt and arrived at the time that was stated to me and completed the checkup on the furnace and also answered all of the questions that I had. Armstrong Comfort is very professional and I would highly recommend them.

I received a call 30 minutes before the scheduled window for my appointment to let me know they were on their way. My issue was repaired promptly with parts they had with them. My technician has repaired my furnace before and it was good to see him again.
