Our a/c unit went out yesterday, so I got two quotes from two different companies. One being Armstrong. From the phone call, to the actual quoting process it was very professional and you could tell they have a lot of experience in what they do. I loved that there was an itemized quote so you could see what you are getting for the price. The technician was punctual & efficient, and the customer service was extremely responsive. It was very easy to schedule an appointment without having to wait for weeks. However, I had major sticker shock when I found out it was $252 to fix a minor leak in my bathroom tub that took the technician less than 30 minutes to do and a little rubber part. Did everything to save me money and fixed my issues!
When I called the office staff was very polite and professional and scheduled a crew to come and fix my problem the next day. They gave me a courtesy phone call ahead of time to let me know they were in route, and went over the problem when they got here and fixed it promptly. The repairman was knowledgeable and the equipment was excellent and they had no problem helping me clear my drains. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
