John came out this morning and checked our furnace. Informed us of the problem and advised us of the necessary step we needed to take to resolve the problem. John was knowledgeable and considerate. He followed all necessary covid guidelines. I especially appreciated the covers he placed over his shoes to avoid tracking snow and debris into my home.
Anytime I need furnace or AC repair, Armstrong is always there with prompt high quality service. I truly appreciate their company and their exceptional service technicians.

After 2 service calls and over $300 in charges, I was told I need a new furnace. Of course I wanted a second opinion. Alternate HVAC technician found and resolved issue in 15 minutes. At best Armstrong tech is incompetent. At worse he also tried to take advantage of me by trying to sell me a new furnace when I didn't need one. Proceed with caution. I typically try to support local business but will not be contacting these folks again.
