Called at 8:30am and the customer service rep couldn't have been more pleasant. She said she had a tech in the area and he should be there within the hour. The Tech called when he was 10 min out and arrived at 9:30am. ****** was professional and efficient, he had my AC up and running in no time. The price was reasonable.
Needed backflow preventer installed for home sale. Armstrong Comfort Solutions came out promptly. I was told the price before job was started. My technician took the time to explain every step. Kept work area covered with a clean folded drop cloth. Technician was quick, clean and courteous. I will be contacting Armstrong Comfort Solutions for future work.
The service technician went above and beyond with the inspection and clean-up afterward.

What a good experience in a climate where it is difficult to receive service without a hassle of some type. Thank you for a good service check up by being on time calling as you promised and foremost doing a proper air conditioner clean and check.
Called them and advised of my issue, they checked for a tec in my area and if timing was good.It was and tec called to advise on the way. reviewed what was happening checked al systems out and decided to replace the thermostat. Did so.Reasonably-priced!!!Have had very good success both times that we use them.
