****** "Bubba" ***** did our annual furnace preventive maintenance check. Bubba was very jovial, polite and thorough. He did an excellent job of talking me thru what he was checking and why. He pointed out for example that I should monitor the humidifier performance this heating season and make adjustments to the humidifier controls as needed to optimize our comfort.

I was surprised at how quickly someone was able to come out. ****** was nice and kept us informed while he was doing the work. We were given a quote before the work started and the work was done within the quote. We ended up having Armstrong come out again as we were experiencing another leak in a drain. Again ****** did a good job. JAO

***** our technician was personable, professional and extremely polite. He wore brand new booties and his mask telling me it was company policy! I even purchased a service agreement for both my heating and air conditioning systems.

Came out and looked at the situation in a timely manner, but never followed up or called back again in over a month. I reached out a few times to get an update and was only told that I would soon be receiving a call, which still hasn't happened.

Our A/C went down. Within a few hours after I called Technician ************** arrived at my home. Very prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. Clearly explained the findings and how he came to the conclusion. Fully Restored the System in a short, reasonable amount of time. There is great value in the responsiveness, sincerity, integrity, and follow up of the service provided. Would recommend without hesitation. Thank you!

Great to work with! Had an entire system including ducts measured, quoted, and installed in about 3 weeks. Great financing terms and plenty of options for the equipment. All of their employees were prompt, friendly, and professional.
