I drive 45 minutes to deal with the best car salesmen I have ever used, Erik Fish. I have purchased 4 cars with Erik over the past few years. He is informative, honest, and extremely helpful in the car buying process. Everyone at McCarthy-Morse has been always friendly and helpful. I will continue to do all of my vehicle business there with Erik.
I called up there around noon asked if a truck was still available I was told it was and made a appointment to go up there after I got off work. I ended up leaving work a little early to go up there I got there and they go on to tell me the truck was sold the day before and refused to make any others type of deal on any other trucks.
The service was on time and was good. I was disappointed with the service department because they did not tell me that I had a missing hubcap which I knew nothing about and they never told me until I came back and asked them about it.
Listen to your customers and not dismiss their claims as absurd.
Had my car serviced this week. They were prompt and did the work I asked them to do. The person who handled the details was very courteous and helpful.
