It’s funny how they don’t seem to care about negative reviews. If this was a legit business, you’d be addressing all of these concerns. This auto group only seems to be a “money first” and not a “customer first” type of business. You guys are definitely trying to hide something from the general public, I see. I dropped my car off to get the brake pads replaced. They had it two days and parked it out back and did nothing with it. This is a job that takes about 30 minutes. Very disappointing.
What a terrible dealership. $700 admin fee! WTF! They charged me $2000 for a exterior/interior protection package and then refused to provide a shred of details, warranty information, or proof that any thing was even applied. My impression is that these people are what give car people such a bad name. In addition, I paid $12k over MSRP and then had to threaten to sue them just to get my paperwork and title application. Avoid these people!!!!
03/17/2022 bought a car 30 day warranty was included. They had to make some repairs before it was to leave the lot They promised car would pass inspections and be good car since they did 182 point inspection. Check engine came on after leaving lot. Returned the next day. Service told me the code was old they needed a part to replace but they'd clear it again as they had done the day before.
