We came in looking to trade our 2006 Chevy Uplander for a 2020 Chevy Trax and take advantage of their promotion. Our sales rep, Del, was very courteous and outlined all the details of the promotion. He quickly made note that we were repeat customers. There was zero pressure or pushing toward any specific model. It was a very low key and friendly transaction.
Devon was an amazing help getting us into our new car after my husbands car was totaled. all around amazing experience with everyone involved. well be getting our next vehicle there as well!
Service dept, fast & efficient
Wish I had checked the reviews on here before we bought our car. Got rushed thru the paper signing for the loan which I take the blame for. Was told our monthly payments would be about $260 a month which we were ok with. When I went over the paperwork at home on the drive chip I saw our monthly payment was about $315. Was told if we got the extended coverage the bank would drop the interest rate a point but didn’t see any reduction. Won’t be buying another car from here
I had the worst experience EVER at McCarthy-Morse Chevrolet!!! Do not go there. They had the wrong vehicle quoting me on price even though I talked about specifically what I wanted all day long ! Del the dealer even quoted the MSRP and internet price so we should have been on the same page but they couldn’t give me what they told me all day. Awful. They broke the hitch cover fasteners on my vehicle. I was told they were not responsible because they attached it as a courtesy to me. When I asked Tim about the fasteners he told me that he had to use different fasteners. When I asked him about it again. He said ‘I don’t know what I told you.’ Super unprofessional. I’d avoid them and not trust the quality of the work.
I felt as though this dealership does a click bait tactic. I also was insulted by the salesperson and called a liar about another car. Very disappointed.
You end up in love with your car and really get to know a few on a better level than from the first. Thank you for my awesome 2020 2SS Camaro Satin Steel Metallic. Though I did miss my 2015 2 SSRS red beauty I traded in, I'm glad I have the 20. I'll purchase here again.
