if you are looking at buying a used car I would go else where me and my husband went there 2 different times to try a f look at used suv we had already had a lender we told them that several time and they still wanted to run are credit and the. they said we couldn't get a used car that we could only get a new car with thousands of dollars down. What I didn't understand is we already had a lender approved us we just need the car. We went else where and was in a car with a few hours
RecommendedBill in customer service always takes care of our cars. Gets me in when we need service. Sales have gotten us what we was looking for.

Super fast pre road trip service last week on my 2017 Silverado. LOF, cabin filter change, recall for brake related software upgrade, and overall total pre trip inspection, in and out in no time. At least 3 great service advisors; Bill Higgins, Dean and Robert, take your pick.
It would be nice if your staff treated striking GM employees with respect. I will not buy a car from you.
We had a horrible experience this last Saturday. We went there to purchase a truck we saw on car gurus. The price was higher than the price we saw on line. We were there for three hours and working through and negotiating the price when the salesman approached us stating the person sitting right next to you wants to purchase the truck for the price listed and they would no longer negotiate and we needed to decide if we wanted it. Great service from the service department!
I inquired about a truck over a week ago. I got one immediate response. Then after I that, nothing. It’s been over a week without any follow up. I live out of town and wanted to try to negotiate over the phone before I made the 3 hour trip. Very disappointed in the customer service.
