Today at McCarthy Morse Chevrolet one of the techs stole all my quarters out of my change tray while getting an oil change. I complained to the staff all they said was I shouldn’t leave things out to steal....It was only a few bucks but still. Needless to say I ripped them and said I’ll never be back there if they’re going to do nothing about it and reward the thieves that work for them.
Worst sales experience ever. Finalize and agree upon purchase price under their terms. They couldn't match the rates I am getting from my bank, attempted to pick up sales contract to take to bank & they tacked on an extra $5,000!!
We had the greatest experience at McCarthy Morse! I am LOVING my 2018 Malibu Redline! From the moment I left my first message on the website until I drove off the lot in my brand new car, Erik Fish was the BEST! I couldn't have asked for things to go better. We'll definitely be back! I bought my first car from McCarthy-Morse over a year ago. I had a great car buying experience and I have all of my service done here. I have even had body work repair done to my car when it was damaged in a tornado. Great work. You would never know my car was in a tornado. Excellent experience all around from this dealership. Will buy again here in the future and I have referred many friends.

I just want to thank Kirk at McCarthy-Morse Chevrolet for working so hard to find me the 2018 Traverse I wanted. The customer service was outstanding! Kirk went above and beyond to find me the color and interior I wanted. I really wanted the vehicle but couldn’t find time to drive to Overland Park.
