Byron was the greatest. i think he went out of his way to help us. we got a quick estimate, set a date, and brought the car in. in three days we were off in our repaired car. i had some other work done, but never once did i feel pressured. we were grateful for the ease of every aspect of the experience. Everyone is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The service guys were dealing with a difficult customer and they handled it well. I'm always very observant of my surroundings and I noticed hardly anyone else realized what was even going on with the difficult customer. Aaron in service is the best. Jonathan Ferkel was our sales guy. He did a great job of making sure we were able to get in the vehicle that we wanted. And the finance team did a good job of making sure that I could also be financed to drive off with the car that I wanted as well.
