Got a great service again yesterday. Was ahead of time and out early, nice clean place to wait, and friendly folks like Service Drive manager Aaron Rochon, and Angela Parker.
Drove 1 1/2 hours to look at a vehicle that I was interested in. Anthony Beccera met with us and let us know that it had sold earlier that day. He asked what I was looking for and was very friendly and helpful. Even though we were there past closing he never made us feel like we were imposing. Having a new motor put into an older truck years ago was the worst experience at Morse Chevrolet. It was one thing after another, but the eternal oil leak (from day 1) was the funny part. After over a year and several unsuccessful attempts from the “heavy line” mechanic Steve,to stop the leak, I finally gave up on stopping the oil leak from the new motor. JASON MCCLARRINON aka J Mac in the Service Department is GREAT. He squeezed me in on a Saturday for a Check Engine . Got it diagnosed quickly and saved me the $400 another shop wanted to charge me for a repair that I didn't even need. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take your GM vehicles to him / them for your service needs.
My service advisor, Bill, is always knowledgeable, helpful, and knows exactly what my vehicle needs. Also, Angela Parker the social media manager is sweet & friendly.
We have been very happy since purchasing our 2011 Traverse this summer. It had a minor switch issue in the driver’s side door that they promptly fixed a week or two after we took the car home. This week, I brought the car in for its first oil change and, to my surprise, the first oil change was complimentary! Highly recommend our salesman Jonathan Ferkel and Aaron from the service department. Both are great guys who will take expert care of you!
