Would not recommend this dealer to anyone unless you want to deal with pestering and highly unprofessional salesman. I was very clear about the specific vehicle make/mode I was interested in and also gave a time frame as to when I would be in the area. After trying to convince me to go with a different model entirely their sales associate Ben was persistent beyond exhaustion before bidding me a fare well with a GIF image. Your finance "closer" was so pushy and I believe unethical in promoting the "full coverage, this is as good as it gets, this is the one I have myself" extended warranty. OF COURSE, the very first time we take the car in, which we purchased less than 8 months ago, with an AC not working and leaking something from underneath, our "disappearing $100 deductible" became a whopping $800 bill! Just glad I didn’t waste an hour drive before going up there. They had a vehicle listed for 14,500 on CarGurus. Went over my trade with them and sent pictures and they did the same. They wanted to give me 1,000 less then what kbb says is the low end trade value of my car and to top it off they wanted to sell me the car for 16,500. They said it was because my trade didn’t qualify for the trade in allowance! What?! Shady business! Don’t waste your time! Vehicle’s sticker price is $32,380. Internet price was $28,380 - $2,000 trade assistance - $1,000 down payment assistance - $4750 customer cash = an advertised price of $20,630. I’m no mathematician Josh but you came back with two payment options with loan amounts that are both higher than the asking price. You must really think I’m stupid. Typical bait and switch sales tactics. They post a vehicle for a good price, then when you start the process I was told their internet provider messed up and the price was wrong. Management won’t respond, so I’ll file complaints with the BBB and KS Attorney Generals Office.
most people here are nice, service department on the other hand... hard pass.
