Very poor service! No interest in helping customers. Ignored several phone calls and messages and we even travelled over an hour to this shop. Was v willing to spend money here but their lack of customer service skills changed my mind. Be warned, they ignore you!

Excellent customer service. Currently there is an extension to the premises underway and yet Stuart was extremely helpful and knowledgeable taken his time to explain in detail the products we were interested in.
