Dealing with them now for my upcoming wedding and the ladies just stare at you as soon as you walk through the door as if your there to bother them. I cannot wait to get my gown altered and done with MBbride. They are very rude and make comments to my bridesmaids about not going to fit in their gowns if they gain one more pound and will have to stand the whole time of my wedding. Nice place. Very big. A good selection of dresses. At first I did not like the woman I had helping me but by the end I guess she grew on me. It's pretty expensive IMO but happy with my choices.
Honestly, no matter what good stories you have heard from this place, don't take them to heart. This is, hands down, the worst bridal store ever. I dealt with three different bridal stores for my wedding as I ordered my wedding gown here, my bridesmaids dresses at David's Bridal and my husband and groomsmen ordered at a smaller store in Fox Chapel. In September I had a scheduled appointment to go find my wedding dress. It didn't take long for me to find a dress. Jenna was my consultant and she measured me perfectly. When my dress arrived it fit fairly perfect besides my shoulders that needed taken in Just slightly. I only needed two alteration appointments and I could not have asked for an easier time with Mb bride. My wedding was perfect and everyone loved my dress.
