I bought my dress here today and my experience was fantastic!! My consultant was Cindy and she was so patient! I tried on probably 20 dresses and she just kept trying to help me find the perfect dress. I had visited another bridal salon earlier in the day and felt so rushed. MB Bride did not make me feel like this! I’m so happy I chose to come to MB and found my perfect dress and veil. I highly recommend coming here for all of your bridal needs! Thank you MB Bride!!

I went in for a bridal appointment earlier this year, and the staff not only was rude, they also didn’t have a consultant for me until 20 minutes after my appointment was to start. Once I finally got back to a room, I was ignored by my consultant and basically had to go pick gowns for myself. On top of all this, they had next to nothing in my size, and it was incredibly embarrassing. Will absolutely not be returning...

Sorry about that. We are like restaurants in that we cannot start an appointment until we have a room available. An appointment means you are first for the next available room.

Would not recommend. I was in a wedding and they ordered me a size 14 and a girl the same size as me a size 24 and when hers didn't fit she had to drive an hour and a half there 4 times because they kept messing it up.

Had an absolutely amazing experience at your store. I am getting married today, 10/28 and went in Wednesday to pick up my tux. Even though it fit correctly, I absolutely hated it, so I came in on 10/26 to see what could be done. It was a modern fit and I've never worn anything but slim fit. Bri and Marine immediately went to work going over my options available to me.
