I had an appoitment at MB Bride on Saturday to look for bridesmaid dresses. We walked in and the associate who was sitting at the desk didn't even say hello to us. I stood there while she continued to type on the computer. After standing there for 2 minutes, I told her that I had an appoitment at 2 o'clock. We are sorry about that. Sometimes we are much busier than we expect. We are re-modeling our lower floor in order to alleviate some of the problems of being busy. So look for our new look hopefully by the end of the year or mid January. We are very excited about the changes.
My appointment with MB Bride was an experience I will never forget. My assistant, Cathy, was PHENOMENAL! She was personal, professional, eager to help, and made my day so special. I am proud and unbelievably grateful that she was present to help me find the perfect dress for my fiance and my special day!
While waiting for my sister to get dressed another consultant interrupted us and was very rude. She informed us rudely the mirror area was not a campsite. While we told her we were waiting on our bride to get dressed and we weren't going to sit in there while she got undressed. Very unprofessional experience!!! Not happy with this place at ALL!
I had a great experience at MB Bride! My consultant, Dana, was very attentive and accommodating! She listened to what I wanted and paid close attention to the little details! She was very knowledgeable and I would recommend her and MB bride to anyone!

My daughter and I have been dealing with MB Bride for years. From her proms to her recent wedding, we have never been disappointed. My daughter’s gown purchase was A+ from purchase to final fitting. My consultant selected the most beautiful MOB dress for me as well. Ended the wedding event by purchasing the gown preservation kit too!
I had a great experience at MB bride. I had already purchased a gown at a different shop but it wasn’t sitting right with me. After a lot of research (we are talking a lot), I ended up making an appointment with MB bride. At that time they had the Sottero and Midgley trunk show and I had loved these gowns based on photos online. My experience at MB Bride was great! I had to go three times to finally make my decision! My consultant Cathy was very nice and had a great experience all the times I went. She was fun to be around and was very helpful! I'm very happy with my dress and will be going back for my bridesmaids dresses. Thanks again!
