I had an incredible experience with MB Bride for my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses. Sue worked so hard to get me and my girls what we all wanted! <3 Ira was an amazing seamstress. My dress was perfect. Everyone was in tears and gasps this weekend over my dress.
My daughter, her Maid of Honor and myself traveled an hour to an appointment at your salon yesterday and all I can say is that it was SO worth it! We had been other places and she had tried on lots of other dresses and liked a lot of them but didn't love any of them. I had such and awesome experience at MB bridal last night ! Cathy Wedel was so helpful she didn't just help me find my dress for my special day but she also calmed my nerves! Thank you so much for everything, and I cannot wait to come back up and get my bridesmaids dresses !!
Edit: just received a call from the manager, Jen. My order was paid for so I was a bit surprised anyone would bother to reach out. She was thoughtful, sincere and respectful. I truly wish that I would've made a bigger effort to get in touch with her in the midst of my issues. The time she took to listen and understand what happened showed good customer service and humility. I just had my appointment with MB Bride, and it was a wonderful experience! As soon as we showed up I met my consultant, Ashley, and she explained how the dresses were organized by designer and price. I had a bigger group with me so Ashley even made sure we got the bigger dressing room so we were more comfortable! My group picked out around 12 dresses and Ashley went above and beyond to help me decide on the dress.
