Paige was absolutely amazing. I would recommend her to everyone. She made sure my dress was perfectly fitted. The two hour trips to MB Bride were so worth it!
I just want to say thank you to MB Brides and specifically Marine, I was able to say yes to the dress today and had the best experience! My budget was $1500 and we found my dress for $600. Marine also picked out a halo, veil, shoes, necklace, bracelet, and earrings all within my budget. We also found my bridesmaid dresses, my mother's dress for the wedding, and a dress for one of my soon to be nieces. I just can't speak highly enough of Marine and her choices and her guidance today. There couldn't have been a better team of Sue & Paige to make my experience absolutely amazing! Sue was patient with me & my whole crew, warm, and actually picked my dream gown! Paige was an incredible seamstress who really made the dress custom to me. Both of these women made the whole experience effortless and I wouldn't suggest anyone else! If there was a way to give a lower rating for M B Brides I would. My grand daughter purchased her wedding gown there and the bridesmaids dresses were purchased there also. First off, when my grand daughter was fitted for her dress, the sales person measured her and told her she needed a size way too big, Ashley told her that she didn't wear that size but that's what the sales person talked her into, short version 5 fittings later and $400.00 extra in alterations. Donna thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We did look into your grand daughter's account and alterations. Our designer gowns do run about a size or two smaller then you normally wear in regular everyday clothes. She was measured here in the store and agreed to the size that we ordered her. When the gown came in she did need to have the sides let out along with some tightening in the shoulders along with the normal alterations most have with designer gowns. I had a great experience here! I had a wonderful consultant who put me in and out of probably ten dresses, and was extremely patient while I called my dad and asked his opinion before making a decision. When my dress came in and I put it on she looked just as excited as my own family. There were no timing or payment issues and everything went smoothly.
I had a wonderful experience at MB Bride! I got married this year on April 29th, but I went looking last year for my wedding dress. I started at another big name wedding dress retailer, and was treated poorly because I didn't have an appointment. We were their to get my son fit for his tux for his wedding. I saw dresses and just went to browse. I saw a few I liked and the bride to be asked if I wanted to try them on. I didn't want to take away the reason we were there from my son so I said "No that's ok". Well before I knew it there was a warm friendly employee who had me so excited to be trying on dresses.
