My daughter and I had an appointment yesterday when the store opended for the day. We had a great experience. I even purchased my dress for the wedding. The consultant doubled checked the measurements. We came with a great attitude and Lova and Dana treated us wonderfully. Thank you.
I had the best experience. Lova is absolutely amazing. She made my experience just fabulous. She helped me find not one but two dream dresses for my wedding. I would recommend mb bride Greensburg to everyone and ask for lova.
Not excellent service. The owner starts working with you then goes outside to goes outside to gossip. My husband was standing there waiting for her. She just kept on chatting it up. We did find someone to help us but when the owner came back in she just moseyed around. The tux doesn't fit right but nobody wants to stand there all night.
MB Bride was FANTASTIC. The incredible team of employees worked together seamlessly to ensure that I had the most wonderful experience and walked away with my dream dress. The staff was extremely accommodating and understanding of the fact that I was traveling from 5 hours away and they did everything they could to work with my schedule. From Allie, my sales consultant, to Tina, my seamstress, and everyone in between, Thank You, my dress was everything I dreamt it would be and more.
Epic fail. 5 groomsmen, 3 fathers and the groom. Measurements were taken in the shop, not sent in from others sources. Not a single suit fit properly. Couldn't get suits until day before the wedding. They had to scramble last minute to try and get replacement pieces. Replacements not right either. Fit the groom from a mannequin in the store, not in the tails he ordered. Fathers ended up with different jackets. High water pants and shirt sleeves fit to 3/4 length. All had to be replaced or switched around. DEFINITELY not able... read more
I couldn’t be happier that I purchased my wedding gown at MB Bride. The selection was fantastic, the in-house alterations were convenient and Bonnie, my consultant, was great! The store was always busy with wedding parties and brides but I was always taken care of as though my order was the most important! After ordering accessories that didn’t quite match my white gown, Jen, the store manager helped me choose new items and she exchanged them for the original ones I had bought!
