I was nervous about going to MB Bride after reading some of the negative reviews on this page. I was so pleased with my experience. MB Bride has a beautiful salon with wonderful consultants. My consultant, Marine, has been more than helpful with me, even after she helped me find my dress. She was very patient with me and let me keep trying on dresses until I had found the one! WORST PLACE EVER! I just got married August 5. When i Went to go pick out my dress everything was amazing or so I thought. They measured me that day and told me I needed a bigger size then what I was in which I was hesitant about but went along with it. Also only being about 5 feet tall the length was a big concern for me. I was assured that it would be fine as long as I had about 3 inch heels on because their was no way to alter the dresses length after it was cut due to the lace. My time at MB was great. As a plus size bride, I was ecstatic to know that they had many dress options that I could actually try on. When I arrived for my appointment my consultant Alicia was so accommodating of my requests and my family's ideas. She was calm, never made me feel rushed and made me feel comfortable. When I found "the one", she cried along with me, which made the choice even more special. It was overall a great experience and I'm thankful to have found MB Bride.

Over the course of 18 months, i feel ive made some wonderful friends! Such a beautiful place to be! The women upstairs in alterations probably dont get enough credit. They are so friendly and experts at their job!!!

Horrible customer service!!! Totally screwed up all of the tuxes and expected us to make trips back and forth to correct their problems. Wrong colors, wrong shoe sizes, poor measurements,etc!! And ridiculously expensive for such poor service Update: it's the morning of the wedding and as it turns out, all of the groomsmen were given wrong colors of vests and ties and MB can't fix the problem!! There better be at least a partial refund for all involved!!! Bride in tears last night because of the incompetence of his shop

I couldn't have imagined a more perfect shopping experience then the one I had today. Katie was so kind, helpful, and professional. She took everything I said into consideration when selecting dresses for me. My mother and I felt so comfortable around her. She never once rushed us or made us feel pressured. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and can't wait to enjoy my special day with my dream dress.
