For an oil change with an appointment I waited 2 hours. It was a week day at 2pm. Waste of my time. Will not go back for service.
Geo sold us our Rav 4 and he was great! They where honest upfront and hassle free. Had been to other Toyota dealers by us and they were terrible. I would buy our next car from them. They were worth the trip.

My recent trip for maintenance (oil change and car inspection) took an hour and 20 minutes! I made an appointment but they had only four people checking in/out.
One of the worst place ... Gave them my car to fix air bag recall ..they broke my front hood latch and didn't even notify me. When I took my car was completely unaware of it and while driving on 287 S , the front hood opens and hit my wind shield , which cracked and I was in total panic. No body even told me that there was an issue with my hood latch , and now just because they put it in the report which I didn't even check because I didn't have to pay for the service ( since it was a recall issue) .
