The best car dealer I've ever encountered, hands down! They're very focused on the customer, whether you're shopping for a new car or having service performed. Here's an example of the great service I've gotten: Last year, my 2007 Prius was making this awful grinding noise coming out of the front passenger wheel well, while I drove. I was afraid to drive the car, so I had it towed to Crystal. They did a cursory look, and thought it was probably a rock that had gotten in there - they couldn't find anything. As always never a bad experience. I I'm in love with Crystal Automall. I was at the laundromat dicovered I had a nail in my tire at 5:36pm. Called Crystal because I knew there service area closes. Called lovely guy said sure. Hurry tho I guess because he was leaving by 6pm. I was the only one sitting in the waiting area. That's how late it was. Got there everything was handled. After a total loss, I passed through many difficulties because my insurance did not want to pay what they were supposed to pay, but at the end Crystal automall helped me find the solution and left in the pass those bad times. I really appreciate what they did.
